Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return.
- 2.Technical Assessment
For faulty items, our engineers will provide troubleshooting steps to confirm the hardware status before authorizing a return.
- 3.Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in anti-static packaging where applicable and include a note with your support ticket number.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our Sheffield warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5 working days.
